Our local pubic libraries are hubs of information and activity...Philippi Public Library is always busy with events for our youth and adults.
"Frankie" visited the PPL this evening as part of the adult book club's discussion of Mary Shelley's classic novel Frankenstein.
Thanks to Bixby Studios and to the Philippi Public Library. I know that the Belington and Tucker County libraries are sources of great community activity, too.
