I joined in the fun tonight in downtown Philippi. Hundreds of children stopped by the Democratic Headquarters for candy from friends and candidates.
Thank you to all who made tonight possible for our young people. It's events like tonight's Halloween celebration that make Philippi such a special place to live. District 47 has many such special places!
